Budget Lot Motorcycles is a special category to compete with Facebook Marketplace and Individual sellers.   These bikes are sold in As-Is condition. Great for the Do-It Yourselfers or if you are on a budget. These bikes HAVE A 45 POINT INSPECITION by a certified technician.  A full disclosure form is available stating what is needed to pass state inspection.  By selling the vehicle “as is” we are passing all the savings onto the consumer.   All bikes in this category will have more specific photos of the bike’s cosmetics and mechanical areas.  There is a video of each bike for you to hear how the bike sounds.  Possible reasons for Budget Lot Category:     1. Age of Bike    2. Miles on Bike (EXCEEDING 35K)   3. Cosmetic condition of bike. These bikes will need to be trailered/towed at time of purchase. Budget Lot bikes must be state inspection at the customer’s expense. Three Rivers Harley-Davidson does not inspect Budget Lot bikes. Customer should completely review the bike before purchase. If a customer is looking for a specific VIN data information on a specific motorcycle, it is the customer’s responsibility. Three Rivers Harley-Davidson will not be responsible for obtaining any 3rd party reports.
