1974 Harley FLH - Though old she's a beautiful piece of machinery & history - not to mention they have a sound of there own compared to the new Harley's.

I purchased this Harley with the intentions of a complete make over bottom up, but now I'm just finishing a 1971 FLH and have purchased my dream Harley to restore. SOOOO I have no choice but to let one of these go, and my choice is this 74 shovel. Why you ask? Simple I have $17,000 in the 71 FLH thats about finished and my new project is all ready cost quite alot to purchase and I haven't even started restoring from the ground up yet. This 74 FLH will go anywhere, She's already the most unique FLH on Ebay or HD Trader as we speak. But if you want a perfect 10 she is not - Theres normal nicks, marks & blemishes that are aquired from riding over these 34 years. It has double spark heads but I'm guessing one of the coil not pushing spark at this time, but she still fires from the orignal system. Saddlebags are in excellent shape with keys. I only rode her about 145 miles last year, enough to keep the gears & motor oiled properly. It's always hooked up to a batterey tender through out the year. Has Brand new tires, battery, exhaust, solo seat, rack rechromed, . I cannot think of anything else that's needed on this bike. The handlebars are 12-1/2 inch ape hangers - the solo seat is LePera. All lights & Brake lights work properly - rewired last year. The top end was redone the year before I purchased it. Keep in mind I'm NOT giving it away $8500 is a fair price for this beauty.
