The Stratoliner Deluxe packed the same standard features as its siblings, including a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a two-piece dual seat with a low riding position, a two-into-one chromed exhaust system, 12-spoke lightweight wheels, and side-mounted color-matched panniers.

The bike was fitted with the same 1,854cc four-stroke V-twin air-cooled engine as its predecessors, delivering an output power of 99 hp with a maximum peak force at 4,250 rpm and 167 Nm (123 lb-ft) torque at 2,250 rpm.

As for suspension, the machine packed a 46 mm preload-adjustable telescopic fork on the front and a link-type spring preload-adjustable shock absorber on the rear, offering excellent suspension performance and handling.
