2007 BLACK ICE & ELECTRIC ORANGE HARLEY-DAVIDSON CUSTOM VEHICLE OPERATIONS SCREAMIN' EAGLE ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRA GLIDE FLHTCUSE2

At 15,772 miles a brand new 110 cubic inch motor was replaced by Harley-Davidson. At that time the following performance work was completed by my local Harley-Davidson dealer:

-10.5 to 1 forged pistons

-Heavy duty rocker support plates

-Roller rocker arm kit

-Adjustable pushrods

-High performance compensator

-Billet cam plate

-S&S 625 gear drive cams

-JIMS hydrosolid tappets

-51mm Horsepower Inc throttle body with high flow injectors

-TTS Mastertune

-Harley-Davidson billet air cleaner cover

-Diamond Heads SHOW cut cylinders & heads

-Specifications of this motorcycle being dyno tuned are a 113 horsepower and 115 foot pounds of torque

Regarding the replacement motor the numbers were verified and documented to match the old motor. Crank issues were in the 2007 & 2008 110 motors and as of 2009 the crank procedure assembly process has changed resolving the issue of the crank coming out of true. The motor is updated per current year specifications, so that further crank issues have been resolved. All work for the replacement 110 motor was completed at my local Harley-Davidson dealer and I have all receipts and paperwork to verify if needed.

-16,945 miles on 6/30/2010 the 1,000 mile service was completed

-18,764 is the current mileage and that may change due to more riding

This motorcycle was never dropped or in an accident and it has a clean title which I have in hand.

Services and work were completed at my local Harley-Davidson dealer and all receipts are available.
