This Street Glide is the first year the FLHX was released. Still equipped with a 88ci motor and the 5-speed transmission this particular bike received an upgrade to a 6-speed and gives the perfect ratio for long distance riding. Cruise control on and off you go comfortable and fast.

The odometer on the bike shows 57K miles but was reported in April 2023 with 30,190. The odometer was changed for a used one and the owner could only find a high mileage odometer. So the bike has likely under 35K. Clearly he did not ride 25K miles in 4 months.

The bike features a lot of upgrades. The fairing is an upgraded fairing to accommodate the large screen display with Sony radio. Painted and lots of added speakers. We do not have a manual for the radio but you can probably download that somewhere. Speakers clearly are working.

Lots of small things here and there, mid-apes and grips and lots of footpegs and of course the pizza box tourpack. All finished in the dark grey metallic.

Street Glide (FLHX) is the most popular platform frame in the Harley lineup today. The touring frame shared with the smaller Road King and the bigger Electra Glide makes the Street Glide a perfect cross bike between cruising and touring. It has the bags to go on long trips, the radio and all the comfort, yet is still agile enough to be comfortable riding at low speeds as well.

Street Glides are also used as the most common base to convert to the popular “Bagger” look with extended fender and extended saddlebags and lowered for the Dragger look.
