Purchased summer 2000 from Raleigh N.C. This is a second quarter custom color of Aqua Blue Pearl / Grey (silver) Blue Pearl. This paint and tank decal set, which by the way the Harley Davidson name is GOLD LEAF, was only put on 267 bikes of the 17,792 units produced that year. I have a letter from Harley Davidson verifying this fact. This paint scheme was also used on the 1200 Sportster Custom and the Dyna Wide Glide that same year. Harley Davidson prides them selves in not duplicating paint combinations so it is highly unlikely you will pass yourself on the road. I have only seen four in the last six years. This may very well be a very collectable bike in the future.

This bike has been serviced by only authorized Harley Davidson dealerships in the Atlanta area. Garaged kept when it wasnt being ridden. Mileage is 17,720. My wife was the sole rider of this bike so the handlebars were changed to fit her. The bars are dresser 1 lower than stock. These are actually a good choice as I am 6'1" and it fits me just fine. There has been no motor work like the stage 1 and 2 stuff. However, the cam bearing issue has been delt with. I installed an upgraded bearing from what Harley recommended. The stock pipes have been punched out and the carburator has been adjusted to compensate for that. K & N air filter installed. This bike has just been serviced with new tire tubes installed and front brake pads. I have the title in hand.
