I have owned this pristine 1962 FLH since 1968. It had 5000 miles on her and transmission was locked up in gear. I had Andrews gears put in at that time. At about 12000 miles I had to put in a cam as it had a factory flat spot on a lobe. I put in a very mild Andrews cam at that time. The original seat had begun to crack in the leather and I had a very good leather smith redo the seat in white leather, fringe and conchoes. Front fender had to be repainted and was done over 30yrs ago with stock Harley paint and perfectly matches the rest of the original paint on the bike. Bags are stock as is most of the bike. Fresh Dunlap tires on and valve guides changed to accept unleaded gas. I'm 68yrs old these days and kick starting isn't as much fun as it was when I was 29yrs old. Time for a later model Road King, Classic or Ultra with a button start.
